• If the test results are incorrect due to an error on our part.
• If the test was cancelled prior to being conducted (with a valid reason such as rescheduling).
• If the test was delayed beyond the agreed-upon time without a valid reason.

Non-Refundable Conditions

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

• If the customer cancels the test after it has been completed or in process.
• If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information during the test booking.
• If the customer fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice or rescheduling.
• If the results of the test are accurate but the customer is dissatisfied with the outcome.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your test results or experiencing an issue.
2. Provide your order details, such as the test name, order number, and reason for the refund request.
3. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 5 business days with further instructions.

Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 10 business days of approval. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
