Welcome to Lab-n-Med ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website at https://labnmed.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any booking or making a payment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian), and that you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Lab-n-Med is a diagnostic services platform that facilitates online booking of pathology and diagnostic lab tests, home sample collection, and digital report delivery. We operate in association with NABL and ISO 15189 accredited laboratories. All tests are performed by qualified professionals.

3. Booking & Appointments

• Bookings are confirmed after submission. Payment is collected in cash at the time of sample collection.
• You must provide accurate patient details including name, address, phone number, and email at the time of booking.
• Our phlebotomist will arrive at the address provided during the selected time slot. We are not responsible for failed sample collection due to incorrect address or patient unavailability.
• Slot timings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances, with prior notice to the customer.

4. Payments

• All payments are collected in cash at the time of sample collection. We do not collect or store any card or banking details.
• Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• In case of a payment failure, no amount will be debited. If a debit occurs despite a failed transaction, it will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
• Coupon codes are subject to validity conditions. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Reports & Results

• Test reports are made available digitally via your customer dashboard or email within the estimated turnaround time (typically 24–48 hours).
• Reports are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice or a diagnosis. Consult a qualified physician for interpretation.
• Lab-n-Med is not liable for any clinical decisions made based solely on lab reports.

6. User Account

Upon successful booking, a customer portal account will be created using your registered email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorised access due to password misuse.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our platform in any way, including but not limited to: submitting false information, attempting to manipulate pricing, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lab-n-Med shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, delays in report delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, or technical issues with third-party payment or delivery services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
