Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lab-n-Med, we provide diagnostic and pathology services with free home sample collection. Since our primary deliverable is a digital lab report (not a physical product), this policy outlines how sample collection and report delivery work.

1. Nature of Our Service

We are a diagnostic services platform. We do not ship physical products. Our service involves:

• Home Sample Collection: A certified phlebotomist visits your home to collect blood or other biological samples.
• Digital Report Delivery: Your test report is delivered electronically via email and your customer portal account.

2. Home Sample Collection

• Home sample collection is provided free of charge with every booking.
• Our phlebotomist will arrive at your registered address during the selected time slot (30-minute windows available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
• Please ensure the patient is available and fasting requirements (if any) are followed prior to collection.
• Our team follows strict hygiene protocols — single-use sterile equipment, gloves, sealed sample containers.

3. Report Delivery

• Reports are delivered digitally — there is no physical courier or postal delivery involved.
• Once the report is ready, it is sent to the registered email address and made available in your customer portal dashboard.
• Estimated turnaround time (TAT) is 24 to 48 hours from the time of sample collection for most standard tests.
• Specialised or culture-based tests may require additional time. TAT for such tests will be communicated at the time of booking.
• You will receive an email notification once your report is ready for download.

4. Delays in Report Delivery

Lab-n-Med is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incomplete or failed sample collection due to patient unavailability.
• Sample rejection by the laboratory due to quality issues (e.g., haemolysis, improper fasting).
• Technical issues with third-party laboratory information systems.
• Public holidays, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and arrange re-collection at no additional charge.

5. Accessing Your Report

Your digital report can be accessed in two ways:

• Customer Portal: Log in at https://labnmed.com/customer/login.php and navigate to "My Reports".
• Email: A download link is sent directly to your registered email address.

Reports are available for download for a minimum of 1 year from the date of delivery.

6. Service Area

Home collection is currently available in:

• Gurugram (all sectors)
• Delhi (South Delhi, Dwarka, and other areas)
• Faridabad
• Noida and Greater Noida (select areas)
