At Lab-n-Med, we strive to provide a seamless experience. If you are not satisfied or need to cancel your booking, please read our policy below carefully.

1. Cancellation by Customer
  • More than 4 hours before the slot: Full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Within 4 hours of the slot: Refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team immediately at 9958364075.
  • After sample is collected: No refund will be issued since the sample has already been dispatched to the laboratory for processing.
  • After report is generated: No refund will be issued once the lab report has been prepared and delivered.
2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us via any of the following methods before the scheduled collection slot:

3. Cancellation by Lab-n-Med

We reserve the right to cancel a booking under the following circumstances:

  • The selected test or package is temporarily unavailable in your area.
  • Incorrect or unverifiable patient details provided during booking.
  • Natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

In all such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days and you will be notified via email and phone.

4. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet).
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails but an amount is debited from your account, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days. Please contact us if the reversal does not reflect within this period.

6. Non-Refundable Items
  • Convenience fees or processing charges (if applicable).
  • Tests where the sample has already been collected and processed.
  • Bookings cancelled after the report has been delivered.
7. Rescheduling

Instead of cancellation, you may request to reschedule your appointment to a different date or time. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before the original slot and are subject to availability. Contact us to reschedule.
